If, like us, you're new to Norwich and need help with IT problems, call Andy. This man can sort out problems that BT and my broadband provider didn't even seem to realize might be there. He got to the house within 15 minutes of being called, and sorted out both of our laptops in 20 minutes. Friendly, helpful, efficient, and highly recommended.

Andy came out on the day I called him, and repaired our computer straightaway. When he returned it, he patiently explained everything we needed to know and paid a further visit to help set up the system as we wanted it. Andy was prompt helpful and patient. We will definitely be calling him again.

I found Andy to be very helpful, very supportive and dedicated. Andy never talked in jargon just in plain down-to-earth language. Andy knows his job inside out and it shows. Most importantly, Andy is a custom-made businessman, what I mean by that is, if you have a problem at 7:00pm on a Bank Holiday, a Sunday or any other day of the week he will accommodate your needs and be with you at the time most convenient to you and, his fees are very good considering his 24/7 availability. Anyone who has a PC problem who does not use Andy's services is a fool. You won't get service like this in your area unless you want to pay through the nose. Andy can be there for you even when all the shops and other businesses are shut, even on Christmas Day. Thank you Andy.. from Dennis
