We repair all makes / models of Microsoft Windows Desktop computers and Laptops.
We do not repair Apple Macs and Macbooks.
Please see our areas covered page in the top menu, which will show the areas covered. We can cater for other areas but this is subject to approval.
Most issues can be repaired in your home / business premises. Should the device look to take more than 2/3 hours to repair or replacement parts are required, we may need to take your device away to be serviced.
When having your device repaired with us, our number one priority is the safety of your data.
The only time this may be at risk, would be if you have hardware failure where we are unable to retrieve this.
There is no call out charge for home call services which are within 10 miles of our base. If your location is outside of this, you may incur a travel fee but this will be included in the quoted price.
Our rates are £35.00ph for on site visits, remote support is charged at £17.50 per 30 Minutes Minimum Charge.
We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.
