For general help and support, virus removal and more with a no fix no fee service, rates are £7.50 per 15 mins inc vat

Please fill in your details and click on the Connect to a Technician tab, in the next box select Run and then select Run again, (Vista users will then click on ok for the UAC warning, then click on continue) this will now put you through to the chat gateway where you can send further information for the technician to see if this can be fixed remotely or require a personal visit.
